what's included:
- Baseline & Final Assessment: Don't guess how much your fitness has improved - receive valuable metrics to give you insight into improvements in strength, flexibility, and endurance.
- Group Classes: Attend 3 group classes per week over the 12-week challenge period! A $600+ value.
- Weekly Accountability Check-in: Receive 1:1 coach check-ins, either in-person or by phone depending on your preference.
- Group Support: Chat with other members of the Challenge to find and receive support & encouragement!
- Find Your Best Self: This challenge is just for YOU! Try to beat your Baseline and take strides to make 2025 your best, healthiest year yet.
Fine print:
- Limited Space Available: This unique challenge is only available to 6 women! Remember, as always, our studio is just for women 50 and over.
- Baseline Assessment: Must be available to complete Baseline Assessment on or before February 2, 2025.
- Timeline: Must be available to attend classes throughout 12-week challenge. Remember, it's you against you - set yourself up for success!
